My pass gives me access to all general admission shows. Are there any options that guarantee me a seat at a show I don’t want to miss?
Yes, you’ll have the chance to reserve seats with the purchase of any pass, for a small additional fee. You should also know that all Laugh Loud and Laugh Big passes include three (3) and five (5) free reservations respectively.
My friends and I have all bought our Laugh Loud and Laugh Big passes, which include free reservations. We’d like to book the same shows. Is it possible to get seats next to each other?
Of course! First, make sure you have all your friends’ pass numbers and PINs on hand. Then, click on the email link you received with your pass(es), enter your pass number and PIN to log in and access all shows. Once you’ve selected the show you’re interested in and the number of seats you’d like to reserve, you’ll be prompted to enter the pass numbers and PINs of everyone who’ll be joining you. Finally, we’ll send you an email confirmation that the reservation has been completed along with your e-tickets.
Where are the participatory activities happening?
Participatory activities are taking place on the ComediHa! Fest-Quebec site, at Place George-V, in the heart of Old Quebec.
How do I reserve seats?
You can reserve seats for several shows with the purchase of any pass for a small additional fee. You should also know that all Laugh Loud and Laugh Big passes include three (3) and five (5) free reservations respectively, which is a huge bonus! Just click on the link in the email you received when you purchased your pass to make your reservations. Spots are limited, don’t wait!
For ComediHa! Hello Montreal shows, ALL seat reservations (paid and/or included with the all-access pass) are assigned and managed automatically by the venue wherever the show is scheduled.
The venue will send tickets automatically by email. If people will be joining you and you’d like to be seated together, one person must make the reservation for the whole group.
Please note: Seats aren’t guaranteed for latecomers.
We strongly recommend arriving 30 minutes in advance, and out of respect for the artist and other audience members, it’s important to arrive no later than 10 minutes before the start of the show. Latecomers will be directed to a different seat, if there is one available. Please note that in the event of late arrival, seats are neither guaranteed nor refundable.
Once I’ve reserved a show and received my confirmation, is it possible to change my show choices?
No, once the transaction has been approved, it’s not possible to go back and change your choices. (But not to worry, no matter which show you choose, good times are guaranteed!).
How can I access my pass and show tickets?
Everything’s done electronically. Once you’ve purchased your pass or tickets, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the necessary information.
How I download my e-pass and tickets onto my cellphone?
1. Press the “Download” button on the e-ticket and the downloadable version will appear.
2. Your device will offer you several options. Choose the one you want and follow the instructions to complete the process.
How do I access my e-tickets?

As soon as you receive the email with your e-ticket(s):
- Open the email.
- Click on the button “View my e-tickets”.
- A new page will open in your device’s default browser to display your ticket(s).
- Use the arrows at the bottom of the page to view each ticket in order. If there’s only one ticket, no arrows will appear.

- Log in to your Place des Arts account.
- Find your ticket(s) by clicking on “Event information”.
- Click on your tickets.
- You’ll see a rotating code. Add your tickets to your WALLET so you can access them anytime without an Internet connection.
- When you get to Place des Arts, show your ticket(s) at reception.
- APPLE users: Hold your device up to the reader to scan.
- ANDROID users: Click on “Display code” and hold your device up to the reader.

Are there any advantages to wearing the ComediHa! Fest purple glasses, and where can I get a pair?
ComediHa! Fest glasses are available free of charge at festival venues, giving you access to a wide range of discounts and the chance to upgrade your seat at certain shows*.
We recommend you keep hold of your glasses for the duration of the festival. If you want to throw them away at the end, you can drop them off in one of the recycling bins provided on site. Protecting the planet is a cause close to our hearts!
*Wear your purple glasses at all times since you won’t know until the evening what the special discounts/benefits are.
What are the terms of use for my pass?
All ComediHa! Hello Montreal and ComediHa! Fest-Quebec shows operate on a first come, first serve basis, with the exception of Moi et l’autre, Waitress, Bassem Youssef, Bobby Slayton, Comedy Records Presents and The Soda Series.
If you want to guarantee access to a show, we recommend arriving early or reserving your seat ($) using the exclusive link you receive by email when purchasing your pass.
Reservations included
Show reservations included with Laugh Passionately or Laugh Big must be selected from a specific inventory.
Seating is automatically assigned.
If people will be joining you and you’d like to be seated together, one person must make the reservation for the whole group. That person just needs to have everyone’s pass and PIN numbers on hand when booking.

Please note that shows are subject to change without notice. Passes cannot be exchanged or refunded. Illegal resale will result in seizure and cancellation of the ticket or pass without compensation. Tickets or passes may not be used for advertising, promotional or contest purposes without written consent from ComediHa! By purchasing a pass, you give ComediHa! your consent to use your name and image during and/or after the event (in audio, video, photographic or any other format) without the need for additional authorization or compensation.
